Many of the alternate incubators in the marketplace concentrate on retail/consumer applications ‘apps’ development. The founder of Incubator IT has created, launched and funded many IT ‘start-ups’. Incubate IT can take business ideas and turn them into independent operating companies.

Incubate IT is targeting mid-career people, professionals and others who have identified an IT business or industry solution or product innovation but need help to progress it. Incubate IT recognises the enormous capability and pipeline for innovation that resides in the minds of Australians.

Evaluate IT
On completion of an application process, every submission will be assessed against selection criteria by the Incubate IT team.
Interviews will be provided with shortlisted projects to agree suitability (selection criteria) on both sides, introduction to key mentors and other areas.
Support/funding options will be reviewed based on a high level Project Scope, a Partnership Agreement needs to be completed before progressing to the Build IT Stage.
Build IT
Based on the Project Scope, the entrepreneur and Incubate IT will have the option to work in-house at the Incubate IT Innovation Hub, using mentors and resources as agreed to build the innovation and technology.
Technical services can be provided by Incubate IT preferred partner, Zoak Solutions and other suppliers as required.
Incubate IT will aim to fund 4-6 unique development projects per year, recognising that these projects may take 1-2 years to complete the process.
Launch IT
If the technology progresses through the Build IT Stage and still meets the market objective, it will progress to the Launch IT Stage, additional expertise and funding may be considered at this stage.
Operate IT
The technology is managed independently by the new company with founders, Incubate IT and other investors involved.
